مآ أجمّل أنْ تصمتْ
فيْ ؤجهْ منْ ينتظرْ منِك الخِصَاموما أجمل أنْ تضحك
فيْ وجهْ منْ يُنتظرْ منك البكـاءْHow beautiful is it to stay silent
When someone expects you to be enraged from them.
And how beautiful it is to laugh
When someone thinks you are going to shed tears.

Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy.

If you’re feeling frightened about what comes next… Don’t. Embrace the uncertainty. Allow it to lead you places. Be brave as it challenges you to exercise both your heart and your mind as you create your own path towards happiness. Don’t waste time with regret. Spin wildly into your next action. Enjoy the present - each moment as it comes - because you’ll never get another one quite like it. And if you should ever look up and find yourself lost, simply take a breath and start over. Retrace your steps and go back to the purest place in your heart, where your hope lives. You’ll find your way again.

Have you ever thought that falling in “love” with a person is just an outcome of a string of universal events that may happen between two beings who somehow have met the attraction standards of each other? Or that it might just be an emotional indicator that a heap of chemicals are jumping here and there? It is not life or death, it is not the purpose of existence, and it is certainly not something that must be preserved for “the one.” What you’re experiencing is not your heart perishing into the unknown hallows of death; it is withdrawal. All the ecstatic chemicals that bring us joy and that drenched your physical body when you were with that “one” are quitting cold turkey, and your body is kicking and yelling, where are all my endorphins?! It’s just chocolate. Find a new bar.
Travel and travel a lot. Explore new places, get lost, and rediscover yourself. Make new friends and drift from old ones. Break your daily routine and mend your broken heart. Fall asleep in someone’s arms and wake up in a different city. Fall in love and find a treasure. Cherish your happiness and brush off the pain. Find a house and make it a home. Make passionate love and drink the night away. Cheat on death but stay loyal to family.
